A man's wife is going to kick him out of the house for drinking too much. Joe and his friends frequent one bar in town a lot and his wife hates it. She thinks he drinks entirely too much and it is causing a problem in their marriage . After one particularly long bender Joe ends up puking all over himself before he stumbles back home. Joe wakes up to his wife screaming at him. She threatens that he really needs to cut back on the drinking and if she sees him come home like this one more time she is going to kick him out of the house. Joe tries his best for a few weeks toning it down at the bar and things start to smooth over a bit. However, old habits die hard, and one night at the bar Joe gets so drunk he throws up all over himself again. He begins crying, as he realizes the huge mistake he has made. One of his friends knows the perfect solution to keep him out of the dog house. ""Here's what you do Joe. Go to the ATM and take out $20. Wait until you are sober before you go home. Tell your wife that you were being the responsible one and that I puked on you while you were taking me home. Then say that I gave you $20 for the dry cleaning bill because I felt bad."" Joe agreed that this would work and gave it a try. He sobered up, put some cash in his pocket and went home. His wife was very angry at the start. ""I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GOT HAMMERED AT THE BAR AGAIN, JOE. THIS IS IT WE ARE THROUGH!"" Joe pleaded with her ""Don't worry, babe! I was being the responsible one! My friend threw up on my shirt when I was taking him home because he was too drunk. Look, see? He gave me $20 for the dry cleaning bill, you have nothing to worry about!"" This seemed to calm her down a bit. She was very relieved. ""Oh, I'm sorry Joe. I'm glad to hear that you were able to be the responsible one...wait I thought you said he gave you $20, but you have $40 in your pocket...."" ""Oh yeah, while I was taking my other friend home he pooped into my pants too""
