Just discovered this subreddit (r/jokes). I have a vision of it being a place where you can find new jokes you can actually tell IRL, unlike r/funny where links are often pics/etc. that don't transfer to conversational situations easily. That's all I wanted to say well, plus it would be cool if people cross-posted threads from r/funny and r/humor that contain IRL-ready jokes. I'll make one contribution: in searching for a good knock-knock joke (not an easy task), my friend told me the following series of jokes. You might already know the first couple. Him: Knock knock. Me: Who's there? Him: **Interrupting cow.** Me: Interrupting cow wh Him: \*interrupts\* MOOOO! --- Him: Knock knock. Me: Who's there? Him: **Interrupting starfish.** Me: Interrupting starfish wh Him: \*interrupts with an extended fist gesture, apparently a starfish arm*\ --- Him: Knock knock. Me: Who's there? Him: **Interrupting potato.** Me: Interrupting potato wh Him: \*interrupts with facial expression, consisting of lips and eyelids mashed shut it works surprisingly well as a potato impression\* --- Him: Knock knock. Me: Who's there? Him: **Student of the interrupting cow.** Me: Student of the interrupting cow who? Him: ... MOOOOO!
